- After washing, select an additional spin program at 1200 RPM to expel as much water as possible from the comforter
- After washing, the duvet must be dried immediately
- Dry your Kapok duvet in the dryer
- Allow plenty of time for the drying process, as Kapok will take a long time to dry completely
- The drying time can be significantly reduced by using dryer balls, these will also help to redistribute the fibers throughout the duvet
- Choose a 40-minute program over medium heat
- Check your duvet after 40 minutes and use your hands to help redistribute the fibers
- Repeat this process until the duvet is damp – then hang to air dry in a warm place until completely dry.
